The house has two communicating apartments which can be rented together.

The house is situated in a tranquil area near the village of Rocchetta Belbo immersed in the green of the Alta Langa hills. There is a large fenced garden which includes a gated area for dogs and a pretty Langa stone outhouse ideal for dinner in the garden or secluded sunbathing. A barbecue is available at a small fee. The garden is all available.

The main entrance leads to the kitchen equipped with a large dining table, toaster, electric kettle, double sofa-bed and TV. There is a pleasant covered patio where guests can dine al fresco. On the first floor, there is a living room complete with cosy fireplace for guests’ use, double sofa-bed, single bed and TV. From the living area there is access to a large and scenic terrace, ideal for sunbathing. The upper floor, with its view over the roof-tiles, contains two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The master bedroom is very spacious and is equipped with a large wardrobe. The second bedroom contains a double bed and dais with extra single bed.

A second door leads to the second apartment: The main entrance leads to a modern kitchen, complete with cosy fireplace and double sofa-bed. The kitchen is equipped with a toaster and electric kettle. On this floor, the living room and shower are also to be found. The upper floor corridor leads to the two double bedrooms, the first of which is situated in a secluded nook. The main double room contains an extra single bed. The upper-floor bathroom is to be found at the end of the corridor.

It is forbidden to invite strangers and/or unregistered people into the home.

》 If there are 2 of you and you wish to sleep separately, please inform in advance during the booking process.
Otherwise, it will be implied that guests will sleep in the double bed visible in the photographs.

》 The host does not clean during the guests' stay.

》 If you want access to the laundry room
you should ask for the keys during check-in

》 The host reserves the right to view the apartment upon notice, and in any case during check-out.

Alloggio molto spazioso, ideale per famiglie e gruppi di amici. Ideale per chi desidera passare delle belle giornate in compagnia. Avendo soggiornato a gennaio 2020, sottolineo come, nonostante le temperature esterne molto basse, la casa sia ben riscaldata.

Un posto meraviglioso e una casa molto spaziosa in una zona suggestiva tra i vigneti. La vista dal balcone è veramente spettacolare. Noi eravamo un grande gruppo con bambini e ci siamo goditi tanto la zona del giardino e portico rusticò e anche la griglia! Sara la co-host di Cristina è sempre stata disponibile e gentilissima. Torneremo con molto piacere! Grazie mille!

Nous avons passé une semaine dans la superbe maison de Cristina qui constitue un pied à terre idéal pour découvrir la sublime région, dans un cadre propice au repos. La maison est très bien équipée, spacieuse et très agréable. Les voisins sont charmants : producteurs de fruits et légumes et producteurs de vins locaux, tous très accueillants et vendant d'excellents produits.
