Nicola and Elena will welcome you to this recently renovated, unique little tower. The location is perfect for a couple seeking some intimacy, a family or a group of friends who want to spend a weekend having fun and relaxing.

La Toretta is set on the first hill outside Alba, less than a kilometre from the old town (which is just a 10-minute walk away), and offers guests a beautiful view of the town’s famous towers.

To really enjoy your time in any place you visit, it helps to know a bit about its traditions.

La Torretta is a recently renovated Ciabòt, a small building that satisfied the everyday needs of those who worked the land every day, used to store tools and equipment or to take shelter from sudden storms. La Torretta is a guardian, keeper of the memories of generations both happy and sad, of arrivals and departures, of plentiful harvests and years of drought, of childhood games and the stories told by their grandparents.

La Torretta nestles amidst nature and silence, with a private garden that is almost entirely fenced in and suitable for children. The house has a functional kitchen with a double sofa-bed. The bedroom on the upper floor is the real jewel of the house, with a wooden-beamed ceiling that will take your breath away.

Guests can relax on the spacious terrace and admire the view that stretches as far as Monviso on the horizon, or the welcoming arched veranda that overlooks the towers in the town below.
