Wonderful detached villa located in Santo Stefano Belbo on the hill of San Maurizio, a UNESCO heritage site. This “museum” house, nestled among the rows of Moscato delle Langhe, is tastefully furnished with a wealth of details and is spread over two levels.

The space

PT: From the large garden inside which there are 2 car garages, there is access to the patio with relaxation area, marquee and gym; spacious entrance hall, triple living room with fireplace and pool table, laundry room, kitchen complete with electric ceramic hobs and all necessary appliances, hobby room (with musical instruments and vintage collections), mini suite with twin bed room and bathroom. Access to a second garden with barbecue area.P1: on the upper floor there are two rooms: one double and one with three beds ;2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub and access to the sun terrace.In the house there are also poufs that turn into two comfortable extra beds.The house is equipped with every comfort: from wi-fi to chromecast, from boxed games to consoles (playstation and wii).

The San Maurizio hill has always been considered the "Nobile" hill of Santo Stefano Belbo, a few hundred meters away is the famous five-star Relais "San Maurizio" built in a 17th-century monastery that boasts the renowned restaurant "Guido da Costigliole" and a luxurious SPA available also for external guests.

Getting around

a 5-minute drive to Santo Stefano Belbo, with convenient shops and a well-stocked Despar supermarket. Restaurants, wine cellars and farmhouses are just minutes from the villa.

La villetta di Roberto offre davvero un’esperienza rara, nella “casa dei Balocchi” c’è veramente di tutto, impossibile annoiarsi, davvero consigliata per un gruppo di amici perché perfetta. Roberto é super disponibile e gentile, noi gli abbiamo dato la nostra parola, torneremo sicuramente. Se avete dei dubbi il mio consiglio è: lanciatevi e andate alla scoperta della casa dei Balocchi! Non ne rimarrete delusi! Pazzesca, super consigliata!

Molto accogliente, ci siamo trovati da dio, in ogni angolo della casa trovavi un gioco da fare tra cui: bigliardo, calcio balilla, giochi di società ecc. come in foto, perfetto per chi sa divertirsi bene con gli amici, proprio da rifare!

Lo consiglio a tutti Roberto disponibile, casa bellissima, peccato soggiornavi per lavoro perché hai tantissime cose da fare in casa ma purtroppo andando per lavoro non si riescono a godere appieno

Casa perfetta per un weekend o qualche giorno con famiglia o amici! Ci sono tanti giochi, Ping pong, canestro biliardo e diversi giochi da tavola inclusi trivial pursuit e risiko. C’è anche la chromecast e una wii. Fantastico il BBQ in muratura e i consigli di Roberto per acquistare un’ottima carne!

siamo rimasti 2 notti, la casa è curata e molto accessoriata, così come descritto nell'annuncio. Abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di fare un fantastico BBQ tra amici. La casa è in posizione strategica per girare le fantastiche colline e le ottime cantine nei dintorni.

The house is a lot of fun, with lots of entertainment for the kids and adults. Billard, ping pong, fussball, basketball, piano, darts. Nice garden. Great indoor space with intriguing decorations. Kitchen fully operational with spices and everything you need. The Host, Roberto, replied very fast and gave useful recommandations. I highly recommend Ca Drega!

The villa Ca Drega is unique in every way. A beautiful location, a lot of space in and around the house and several facilities for young and old. And above all a very kind host, Roberto. He was very quick and efficient in his communication. We - as a family - really felt at home in Ca Drega.
