This villa is a delightful, recently restored traditional trulli farmhouse with a private pool, sleeping up to 12 people in 4/7 bedrooms. A magical property with the most amazing views over open countryside to the sea, it is on the edge of the little village of San Marco and also near fascinating old towns with good restaurants and only 20 minutes from the sea.

Providing a perfect solution for two families or a larger family or group, this is an unusual villa as although it is a seven coned trullo, its main living room is a large converted coach-house with a high barrel ceiling so it is spacious without having modern additions. All the original features have been preserved, but it is also well equipped with mod cons.

This lovely villa is situated just a few minutes' walk from a small village in the countryside where you can buy everything you need including delicious local produce and fresh bread from a wood oven. Next door to the shop, opposite a mediaeval chapel, is an authentic little bar/cafe with snacks and ice creams at ridiculously cheap prices.

The villa is also near the small town of Locorotondo (officially listed as 'one of the most beautiful in Italy' and Alex 'Secret Italy' Polizzi's favourite place in Puglia) and within short driving distance of many of Puglia's prettiest little hill towns like Cisternino, Ostuni, Martina Franca and the Trullo town of Alberobello. BTW it is near Locorotondo not Noci and is in a very rural area NOT a metropolitan area at all!

All bed linen, table linen and towels etc included. Beach towels also included. Weekly cleaning and bed linen changing but spare bed linen and towels are available at the house. Cleaning can be more frequent if requested.

Spazioso trullo con piscina situato in una Contrada a metà tra Fasano e Locorotondo. Ambiente attrezzato e comodo. Piscina privata e spazio per mangiare all'aperto. Vicino si può trovare un bar un alimentari e una farmacia. Le stanze sono fresche sia di notte che di giorno. Adatto a gruppi e famiglie numerose. Consigliato per chi vuol visitare la zona.

We loved staying in a trullo with all its quirky rooms and character. The house and pool were perfect for adults and the children. We loved the village - friendly local people, a fantastic village store and close to beautiful towns such as Alberobello and Ostuni.
