Description
This is the ideal location for those who love relaxing, having astonishing views while having their own privacy. These apartments are inside a villa amongst pine trees and olive trees. All of them have independent entrances, independent gardens, and large terraces and their own car parking space.

They are provided with all comforts and furniture and accesseories that have been chosen with particular care.

The villa is situated a few minutes from the village center where you kind find a delicatessen, a pharmacy and newsagent, a hairdressers and two restaurants: L’Oliva Pazza e La Torre.

The sea is 3KM away from the house. During the summer there is a bus service called “marebus” that allows you to reach different beaches. The beaches can be private or free with sand or with stones.

Cipressa is not only just a seaside resort, for those who are interested in the out doors and trecking from the house directly there are some trails suitable for both beginners and experienced ramblers. For people who enjoy biking there is a wonderful bike trail that is unique in Europe that goes along the sea for 36KM. There are also other trails to chose from. It is not to be forgotten the famous competition called “MilanoSanremo” that takes place in March and it is famous for its steep part that leads to Cipressa.

Also mountai bikers have a variety of choices of different trails with different difficulties, you can bike for a long time in the nature without meeting many cars or other people.

Thanks to the climate conditions of Liguria it is possible to bike all year round.

The Apartment

The appartment is at the groud floor of a wonderful villa in Cipressa and it has an astonishing view of the sea and the lovely village of Cipressa.

The house is composed of a lounge with a kitchen and it has all the comforts that you need: Satalite TV with Italian and German channels; free WIFi; microwave toaster; kettle; american coffee machine; washing machine; dishwasher; a small camping bed for children. It also has an external shower.

In the living room there is a sofa bed for one person and it is also possible to add an extra bed in the spacious room to host up to three people

There is also included a large covered outside area where it is possible to eat in privacy. The private garden is provided with a barbeque and two sunbeds to enjoy the sun of Liguria.

The house is located in a green area surrounded by olive trees. In only five minutes by walking you can reach the village center where you kind find a delicatessen, a pharmacy and newsagent, and two restaurants: L’Oliva Pazza e La Torre.

How to get to the house

From Milan: take the motorway A7 in the direction of Genova, and follow the signs towards Ventimiglia and exit the motorway at Imperia Ovest from Nice. Take the Motorway towards Gênes and exit at Imperia Ovest. After leaving the motorway turn left and follow the signs towards ‘San Lorenzo al mare’ the turning for Cipressa is on your right across the village of Costarainera and Regione Colla is the second on your right. The house is on top of the of hill on the left, number17.
