The holiday home is located on the enchanting Amalfi Coast.

Overlooking the crystal clear sea and surrounded by lemon groves and plants, it is a perfect oasis of peace where you can spend your holidays enjoying the authenticity of the place and its tranquillity, far from the urban chaos.
Its panoramic position, where your gaze is lulled between the beauties of Amalfi and Conca dei Marini, will offer you unique and unforgettable sceneries, which from dawn to dusk will never cease to excite and amaze you, making your holiday on the Amalfi Coast unforgettable memories.

The house is located about 150 steps from the road level.

The story

The Holiday House was born from the renovation of a medieval rural house. Originally it was a baroque-era building consisting of two floors with cross vaults and an intermediate floor of wooden beams and lime beating.

Over the years, as it was not inhabited, the whole south part collapsed, as did the intermediate floor and the north-east part of the vault. Then the house was restored, returning to all its beauty and authenticity with the cross vaults, typical of the Amalfi Coast.

Today it is ready to host you for a fantastic stay in the beautiful Amalfi.

Amalfi holiday house is on two levels, is furnished in modern style and is equipped with everything you need to spend a comfortable holiday with family or friends.

It has wi-fi in both indoor and outdoor areas, air conditioning and central heating which can be regulated independently in each room.

It faces south and enjoys a breathtaking view of the Amalfi Coast from all its rooms. It is also surrounded by terraces of lemon, citrus and fruit trees.

Living and Kitchen

On the ground floor there is a large living room, a kitchen and a bathroom.

The living room has a wall unit, television (equipped with digital and satellite channels of the main foreign broadcasters) and a sofa (convertible into a double bed).

The kitchen is equipped with a hob, electric oven, sink, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and a table with six chairs.

Bedrooms

Amalfi holiday house has two bedrooms, both with double beds and, if necessary, twin beds.

Finely furnished, both enjoy spectacular views of the crystal clear sea of the Amalfi Coast and of Amalfi.

Bathrooms

The holiday house has two bathrooms, one on the ground floor with a shower and the other one, on the first floor, with a bath.
Both are equipped with hairdryers and towels.

Along the driveway below, near the stairs to the House, there is a toll parking.

For a stay of 7 nights: 5% discount, City taxe: € 3,00 per person, per day, Payment Policy: cash at the arrival, No deposit for confirmation is required, A deposit of € 200,00 is required at the arrival for any damage the client can cause. It will be returned at the departure if there will be no damage.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: 5 days before the arrival date without penalty.
