The terraced house is located on the other side of the street from our apartments, only about 150 m from the Mediterranean Sea and a long and fine sandy beach

The terraced house has three floors and can be rented with 4 bedrooms (roughly 100 sqm) for 6 people, or two bedrooms (approx. 75 sqm) for 4 people. (only in low season). We then turn off the upper floor.

There are two patios, one in the south and the other in the north. A balcony facing the pool and a terrace to the north with views of the Mediterranean Sea. On the top floor there is a small balcony facing the street with a sea view. Outside the one outdoor plastic is the association's common pool, It is almost always open but the cleaning is not as frequent during the winter months. It is not heated.

The entrance floor has combined kitchen and family room, laundry room and toilet.

The first floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. A balcony in the south facing the pool and a terrace with a nice sea view. One bedroom has a double bed and the other a sofa bed that is 160 cm wide.

The second floor has two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a small balcony with a sea view.

All floors have A/C that provides both heat and cold. The terraced house is otherwise equipped with ceramic hob fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, TV, DVD, CD and a small safe. Broadband / WiFi is available for an additional charge.

The terraced house was renovated in 2007 with, among other things, a new kitchen, new upper floor and bathroom in 2010/2011, and another bathroom was renovated in 2013. In the winter of 2017/2018, we are changing the windows and blinds in the old part of the terraced house.
