Well-equipped comfortable modern villa 50 meters from the beach in a nice development, it has three bedrooms, a living room, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a large terrace with a splendid view, courtyard with a barbecue, private garden, garden furniture, garden, and everything you need to make your life more pleasant. Water sports and for tennis lovers two courts at your disposal with the communal swimming pool. There are two restaurants in the housing estate and you have wifi in the swimming pool.

You have everything you need to spend an unforgettable holiday. You have good fish and fresh fruit from the countryside which gives Murcia a good reputation with Cartagena and its Roman Theatre, its port, one of the best on the coast, its lively terraces, its shops, its modernist buildings.

You will not be disappointed.

You have a promenade by the sea with palm trees and the village is 200 meters away in which you will find a supermarket, a hairdresser, the church, bars and two restaurants, a pharmacy, school and services. small shops to buy fruit and fish. One day a week, in summer, there is market day in the church square.

A long corridor in the garden (200 square meters) takes you to the main entrance of the house where you will find two bedrooms and a large living room, the kitchen and a bathroom. You cross the courtyard, behind the house where there is a barbecue and upstairs you will find another bedroom and a bathroom with a large solarium terrace with views of the sea and the marina of Los Urrutias.

In the subdivision there are only villas and two restaurants, a bar, a communal swimming pool, and two tennis courts, not to mention a playground for children and a field for basketball and petanque.

For those who love fishing and water sports you have Cap de Palos a few kilometers away, for scuba diving and offshore fishing and a natural park, beautiful beaches.

The city of Cartagena has 18 kms with shopping centers, and everything you need to have fun. You can park the car in front of the house or behind it which is a cul-de-sac.

For golf lovers there are two golf clubs 5 km away.

You also have the beach without any danger for children, with warm water at 5 kilometers an even prettier beach and with a golf course.

Payment Policy
The price depends on the season, in summer it is 90 euros per night. It depends also the days there is a discount of 15% if customers want to stay more days. Minimum one week.
Cancellation Policy
It' s possible to cancel two months before with 20 percent of fine.People have to pay 30 percent when it' s booked and one month before to pay the rest of the rental.

Traditional style house with some quirky features, a spiral staircase outside leads you to the third bedroom with en-suite and a small terrace to catch some morning sun with a cup of coffee. The house is as described and Maria kept in touch with regular emails. As we were only staying a few days we spent most of our time out and about, eating in restaurants in the local area and we also had a car so we could explore further. We took the train from Los Nietos to Cartagena which was an interesting ride sitting amongst the chatty locals and taking in the scenery, and all for around 10 euros return for 4 people we found it easier than taking the car. Bar Fado just around the corner is a nice place to visit, its run by 2 friendly Spanish ladies who have some interesting guitars on the walls, be prepared to try a bit of Spanish though when ordering your drinks. The playa restaurant also just around the corner does amazing steak and Iberian pork. Paella in Sol y Mar hotel was good too. All in all a great few days and the sunny weather was a bonus

Pour commencer abritel vous annonce un prix et la propriétaire augmente ce prix. Je negocie un prix entre celui d abritel et celui de la propriétaire. Je le signale à abritel qui me dit qu'ils font tout pour éviter cela et que si je veux je peux prendre une autre location. Mais nous trouvons que La maison est très bien mais sale, pour certains endroits j'ai nettoyé moi même et pourtant je suis loin d'être un acharné du ménage ! J'en ai parlé à la propriétaire qui m'a expliqué que c'était compliqué de trouver quelqu'un de sérieux quand on est pas sur place, je peux le comprendre mais il faut trouver une solution pour améliorer cela. La propriétaire est très à l'écoute et demande souvent des nouvelles et des conseils, mails, SMS, téléphone, c'est rare d'avoir quelqu'un d'aussi gentil et prévenant. L'environnement de la maison est très calme et la mar menor à quelques mètres. La vue sur la mer de la chambre du haut est superbe. Encore une chose, la propriétaire m'a demandé 10 euros à la fin du séjour à cause de l'augmentation du prix de l'eau, mais quand on negocie un prix on ne revient pas dessus.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Maria , malgré notre arrivée une semaine seulement après le passage de la tempête Dana . La mer Menor et ses villes côtières ont été rudement impactées mais cela ne nous a pas empêché ( grace aux efforts de nettoyage des services municipaux et de la population) de profiter de la région , des plages de la Manga et de Cabo de palos et des marchés locaux . Le tout sous un soleil radieux et avec des températures agréables pour la saison . Merci à Maria pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité .
