The apartment has a large living area with kitchen, two large double bedrooms, two single beds separated from the bedrooms and two full bathrooms with shower. Finely renovated and furnished, equipped with all comforts. It also has a large private terrace, where you can dine and enjoy the sea view.

The space

The house overlooks a large private courtyard where private car parks are located, and a barbecue area is available in the garden area.

The apartment is located in the center of the village, close to all commercial activities (supermarkets, bars, restaurants) and 200 meters from the beach where there are several beaches, as well as a free beach area. You can make excursions and trips to the surroundings to discover the coast and the beautiful medieval villages that surround it, but also the mountains of Sila, rich in history and traditions. A selection of local books and guides are also available for guests who want to organize daily excursions.

Getting around

Lamezia Terme International Airport and the Railway Station ( served by the Trenitalia Arrows) are 20 km away and you can take advantage of a paid shuttle service on request. The Falerna motorway junction (Mediterranean motorway) is 8 km away.

Super apartment very clean, pleasant, relaxing, we stayed for 3 weeks and didn't want to leave. Every week we drop off clean sheets and towels. The owner is very nice and welcoming, he is very available in case of need. We recommend it, we enjoyed our stay

Roberto, an exceptional host who told us about making the check in flexible. Very nice and above all large house that allows you to stay even in 7 while having each of their own spaces. Amazing terrace. Crystal clear sea! You should definitely come back for those who want to disconnect from the chaos of everyday life!

We stayed from August 16 to 22 there were 6 of us, but it can accommodate 8 very well. A big plus is the showers in both bathrooms. Mr. Roberto is a very kind and helpful person. The house is a few meters from the sea, there is a large free beach, also private at a small price.

Apartment equipped with every comfort. Comfortable and finely furnished rooms with new furniture. Comfortable bathrooms. Also suitable for two families of 3/4 members each. Private gated parking. Nearby there are commercial and public establishments including pharmacy. The sea is spectacular.

Nice apartment, clean, very new, quiet, well located in Campora San Giovanni. We had a good time. Nice terrace. Inside was everything we needed, towels, linens, and even some local produce. Availability and answers to our questions very quickly. I would definitely go back. It was a great base for us to attend a nearby wedding.

Great experience. Roberto was very kind and generous. Very flexible at check-in time and available at any time. We were greeted personally. The house is very nice, functional and clean, with a terrace available. The village of Campora San Giovanni is small but served by the main commercial activities and the sea (beautiful beaches) is a few minutes by car.

Very spacious apartment 90m² with 2 double beds, 2 single beds and deluxe: 2 bathrooms with each shower/toilet/bidet. Good ventilation options (air conditioners available, not used by us), well-equipped kitchen+Wama. Terrace, view to the sea and in Uncle Mario's garden. Parking is secured with an electric gate. 200 m to the beach were also very pleasant. Good city location.

This apartment is so nice,well placed in the community. It is perfect for visiting other places in the area,we found it immaculately clean,and with everything one could need. There was home produced wine,olive oil and red wine vinegar all from our host. Fresh oranges outside the patio,it really was lovely. The beach is very close,and easy to access. Nice view too,sea and mountains... we would definitely recommend. Valentina was amazing as our host Thank you
