The food was freshly prepared using ingredients sourced locally. A generally peaceful location, ideal for walking or cycling - the old San Marino to Rimini railway line runs alongside the property and is now a lovely walk. San Marino is a must see; you can even have your passport stamped at the tourism office !
It was a charming stay in an old farmhouse with vineyard and fruit trees around. The pool was nice, breakfast was made to order with care and the owner was delightful. Her English was not much better than our Italian, but we mainly used laughter and google translate to communicate. We made a friend.
This place far exceeded our expectations! It was wonderful! From our arrival with Gabriella and Steven to the pool to the rooms to the amazing hospitality. Everything was above and beyond! Such a hidden gem in San Marino!!!
We got the 2 room suite, so it was quite spacious for us and our daughter. The bathroom is all newly remodeled and fantastic - large, comfortable, very modern. All the area was clean and well appointed, though. Breakfast was the best; everything you could need and included homemade (by the owner) cakes and pastries. My daughter loved playing with the cat every morning, too. The owner was extremely kind and friendly and we spent a lot of time chatting over breakfast (in Italian, I don't think she speaks much English). She even suggested a place to visit that we hadn't heard of and it was excellent (San Leo). Good location for visiting the area; it was an easy drive into San Marino city and easy to get out to other cities as well.
The property was great, the garden is beautiful. There was a rally legend in the town, property is great location. It is quite and close to all happenings. old town is few minutes driving, nature is great for MTB ride or walking. Breakfast in garden with bunnies running around is marvelous. The pool is quite big and nicely located. Rooms are nice with big bathrooms. Owners are great, communicative and very polite.
