Facilitates reservations, showing real availability and allowing online reservations. TERMS: - A 30% advance is charged when the reservation is made. - You can cancel without surcharge 30 days before the date of entry. - If you cancel less than 30 days in advance, you will keep your money with a voucher to redeem it in a future reservation with a validity of one year. - The rest (70%) is paid on the day of arrival. - A pre-authorization of € 200 is created as a deposit. It begins on the day of arrival and ends on the day of departure. - There is an extra, of € 42, for cleaning per stay. The day of departure is charged.
