Description
The villa has two floors. On the first floor there is a living/dining room, gym and the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with whirlpool bath. Furthermore, one bedroom with double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds and a separate bathroom.

On the ground floor, the living room with large dining area, spacious kitchen, a large bedroom with ensuite bathroom, two more bedrooms, three bathrooms, laundry room and the spacious living and dining area, kitchen.

There is also a small annexe with a bathroom and a living room/bedroom with two single beds. Upon request, 5 more beds can be added in the various bedrooms.

Hotel service

Housekeeper included. She works from Monday to Saturday, between 9.00am - 2.00pm. She makes the beds, does the laundry (possibly also your clothes) and cleans where necessary. Working hours can be changed in consultation. If there are any questions or problems you can contact her, she knows the house to detail.

Exterior

The large terrace with pool to be heated, solar and heat pump, with automatic cover, showers, covered barbecue and large lounge pérgola is accessible from the living room and kitchen. The whole is surrounded by beautiful plants and measures approximately 400 m2.​

The villa is quietly situated in a residential area in a small dead end street.  

Wheelchair accessible

The villa and the large terrace are accessible by wheelchair via the driveway and the garage. The swimming pool has a chair lift and on request a rampa can be placed in the pool. On the ground floor of the villa and in the annex there is an adapted bathroom.

The house is equipped with the following facilities:

- table tennis, football table and darts
- heated swimming pool with automatic deck
- Air conditioning throughout the house
- Gate with automatic door and access to the garage.
- Automatic shutters.
- Free WiFi throughout the house.

Location

The luxury villa is located in the heart of the Costa Blanca, in the beautiful coastal town of "Moraira", with beautiful beaches, a wide variety of restaurants with typical local and international cuisine, a multitude of water activities, with several golf courses nearby. The international airport of Alicante is 90 km away and the international airport of Valencia is 120 km away, connected by the A-7 motorway.

In short, Villa guarantees a pleasant holiday.

Payment Policy
Note: We rent from Saturday to Saturday. One week before your arrival you will receive an email with all the details you need to know for your arrival. Please inform us in good time of the approximate time of your arrival. You will be able to use the residence from 17:00 onwards, but it may also be possible to enter earlier, in this case please contact us. We ask you to leave the residence no later than 10:00 am. On arrival, you will have to pay a deposit which will be returned to you by bank transfer after the check out of the house, minus the energy costs.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation after your final booking but 6 months before your stay you will get back the full amount paid minus 50€. In case of cancellation less than 6 months before your booking period you will have to pay 100% of the booking costs, in case we are not able to re-rent that period. Because of this we recommend you to take out a cancellation insurance.
