Description
The 1st floor, containing the salon, kitchen, four bedrooms and three bathrooms, is equipped with an advanced climate control system for regulating the temperature of each room separately.

In the high-ceilinged and spacious salon, equipped with glass sliding French doors opening onto the "Naya" (covered terrace), you can indulge yourself in the comfortable black leather sofa in front of the 38-inch satellite television.  

Adjoining the Naya is a spacious and superbly equipped and fitted kitchen that includes an induction hob, two fridges, dishwasher, oven, microwave and an eating area with fine comfortable chairs. The kitchen also comes with glass French doors that access the terrace where you will find plenty of table space to hold the largest of dinner parties. The barbecue, modeled after a Mexican bread oven, will also prove its culinary worth.

Two bedrooms are situated on the terrace that can be directly accessed via the glass French doors. One sleeping area shares the bathroom with the largest bedroom, the two other bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom.

The lower floor can be accessed via a separate entrance or the garage. It has two air-conditioned bedrooms and a separate bathroom. There is also a spacious laundry area with washing machine and dryer. The large garage / annex indoor play area offers table tennis and table football. You won't need to pay a lot of money on bike rentals as the villa has bikes for a small fee. You can cycle to the centre of the village or the beach in a few minutes.

Exterior

The spectacular (heated) sub-tropical swimming pool can be accessed by wheelchair and part of it is a gently declining slope with stair access and seating area, ideal for children who will be entertained there for hours. However, the fervent swimmer will also find the depth perfect for swimming laps.

The swimming pool is flanked by the terraces situated on the level of the 1st floor of the house, where you can enjoy an unobstructed view over the vast grape fields. Visible just on the horizon are the contours of the village of Moraira, surrounded by the much-praised azure Mediterranean of the Spanish Costa Blanca.

Next to the house, near the swimming pool, you will find two outdoor showers situated in the lovely rock garden that borders the house on the sides and on the back. On the other side of the vacation villa, there is a very large carport that can accommodate multiple cars. The entire grounds are enclosed and the gate can be activated by remote control.

Location

The house is in a peaceful area with few houses around it, giving it a pleasant feeling of freedom. From the terraces, you can see the vineyards and, in the distance, the Mediterranean Sea.  What makes this villa so special is that it is located only 800 metres from Moraira beach.  Thanks to this, you can go to beach or the market without worrying about finding a parking space.​

The town is 900m away and there is a supermarket 500m from the house. The property is enclosed and is accessed via an electric gate with remote control. There is space to park four cars.

Payment Policy
One week before your arrival you will receive an email with all the details you need to know for your arrival. Please inform us in good time of the approximate time of your arrival. You will be able to use the residence from 17:00 onwards, but it may also be possible to enter earlier, in this case please contact us. We ask you to leave the residence no later than 10:00 am. On arrival, you will have to pay a deposit which will be returned to you by bank transfer after the check out of the house, minus the energy costs.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation after your final booking but 6 months before your stay you will get back the full amount paid minus 50€. In case of cancellation less than 6 months before your booking period you will have to pay 100% of the booking costs, in case we are not able to re-rent that period. Because of this we recommend you to take out a cancellation insurance.
