Cantabria is rich in outdoor pursuits from hiking to kayaking,  road biking to mountain biking and everything in between.

Rooms

The house has recently been renovated. It has new electrical and bathroom installations and a new kitchen. Despite the physical improvements we have tried to retain the character of the house.

There are 13 bedrooms and eight bathrooms currently. We are planning more bathrooms but currently this is what we can offer. 4 rooms have bathrooms en-suite and the rest share a bathroom.

All year round...

​Cantabria is a place where nature excels in expressing herself. The seasons are no exception - cold winters and warm summers. When the sun shines in Cantabria its hot. When it rains in Cantabria it pours. The mountains and coastline are green for a reason so come prepared to enjoy rain and celebrate all of the seasons.

At Agara there is no low season. We are open all year to walk, run, cycle, surf and enjoy the great outdoors. Some weeks are more expensive than others because tradition dictates this is when holidays are taken. But we would strongly recommend weeks when there are less visitors to really enjoy the tranquility of the immediate surroundings.
