In our 100% exclusive house, everyone can rest in their private space (bedroom, bathroom, toilet). The best way to recharge your batteries to fully enjoy the moments to share together (meals, heated swimming SPA, home cinema, walks, sports, etc.).

Surrounded by greenery, this spacious house is very pleasant. Ideally located between Vals and Aubenas in the Roman village of Mercuer, you will appreciate its peace and will be able to take advantage of the wonders of the Ardèche to spend a pleasant relaxing holiday... or sporting!

If you are a "nomadic worker", you will appreciate the high performance connection of the house which has FIBER.

The house is located on a plot of 4000 m2 near a stream, a small Roman bridge and Roman roads.

The land of the house is completely fenced and we accept pets

THE WONDERS OF ARDÈCHE:

You can enjoy the park of the spa town of Vals-les-Bains.
Many typical markets of the surrounding villages.
Small streams (and secret corners reserved for our tenants) which feed the Ardèche.
You can also visit the Grotte Chauvet (UNESCO World Heritage Site).
