"Residence Moritz" is a structure with a refined aesthetic taste, which combines the tradition of our country with the exclusive lines of modern architecture in a refined and welcoming ensemble. This combination is reflected in all our apartments, which an accomodate up to six people.All of them are well appointed with two bedrooms, a bathroom a living room with kitchen and a sofa bed, to let you feel like at home. Each apartment has available a terrace and a garden. To always feel independent and be able to make the most of your time. After your daily trips, you will find at your disposal our beautiful “micro spa” with relaxation area with sauna and a beauty centre, where our qualified beautician, Evelyn will be happy to take care of you. Our small village of Hafling/Avelengo is located on the Merano tableland. A sun terrace, a few minutes from the city. Here you can enjoy a beautiful view, made of breathtaking mountains and unspoilt nature. Visit our typical horses, the Haflinger horses , a friendly and docile breed, appreciated and loved all over the world. INFORMATION The room prices include two adult guests in addition to which € 20 will be charged for each adult guest and € 10 for each child from 3 to 14 years. Children up to 3 years do not pay The tourist tax is € 1.60 for each guest over 14 years and must be paid directly upon arrival at the residence For stays of less than 4 days a cleaning fee of € 50 applies

The cancellation of the reservation after 60 days from the date of arrival does not provide for penalties
The cancellation of the reservation between 60 and 30 days from the date of arrival is a penalty of 50% of the total

The cancellation of the reservation less than 7 days before the arrival date provides a 100% penalty
