Our residence dispones about two apartments for four persons. The apartments have one bedroom with a double bed a very comfortable living room with kitchen and sofa bed and one bathroom and terrace. We have also a garden with sun lounger as well. If you wish, you can order a breakfast with traditional food. For relax you are allowed to use the little beauty farm with sauna from the Residence Moritz beside us.
Check-in : 15:00 - 20:00
Check-out : Until 10:00 hours
A damage deposit of EUR150 is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable during check-out as long as there has been no damage to the property.
You will be charged the total price if you cancel your booking.

Appartamento pulitissimo ...e ottima veduta...direi bellissimo da consigliarlo a tutti provare x credere
Struttura perfetta, accogliente e pulita. L’appartamento è molto bello con una vista stupenda. Consigliato vivamente. 10’ da Merano 2000 e 15’ a Merano centro (con macchina). Ci sono anche le fermate per lo skibus davanti alla struttura e per l’autobus normale.
