Description
The apartment is very well situated in front of the sea, with alle accomodations in the building: swimming pools, tennis, petanque, padel, pingpong, basket. Very good restaurants located at the building. A few minutes walk from McDonalds and the citycentre with many high quality restaurants. At the apartment also two very good restaurants. The space

The apartment is situated in Almunécar, very close to the sea. In Almunecar there is a micro-climate because it is surrounded by mountains. Almunecar is authentique, quiet and very nice. There is a direct bus between Malaga and Almunécar: 1u35 min. (6euro)

Also a direct bus between Almunécar and Granada (6euro). The apartment is immediately at the beach, at 300m from the centre with many shops, restaurants enz. , 5 minutes walk from McDonalds.

Many activities possible: walking (mountains), bicycling, mountainbike, kitesurfing, parapente, skien in the Sierra Nevada, pétanque, golf at 15km, fitness on the beach, kids playground behind the apartment,aquarium with sharks, ornithologic parque, bonsai museum, Roman fort, at 80 km: 'Alhambra' (bus1u30 direct,6 eur), Nerja at 15min.

The apartment is in a nice complex with 2 swimmingpools (1 for kids, and one 25m) all year open, very nice garden, 2 tenniscoarts, private parking, surveillance,basket,tabletennis.

The apartment has 1 bedroom for 2 persons + 1 sofa-bed in the livingroom (for 1 adult or 2 children), a baby bed when needed, a new fully equipped kitchen, terrace with sea-view, WIFI on the apartment, satellite-tv.

There is a busstop in front of the building.

Close to the centre with all shops and restaurants and in front of the sea. You don't need a car. Busstation very near by to visit other places than Almunecar

The stay has been very good, the apartment is super well located, with two restaurants according to the exit and direct access to the beach. The house is quite nice, it has a very good terrace where breeze enters from noon onwards and it is very nice. The only downside is that it doesn't have blinds in the room so after 7 o'clock a lot of light comes in and the curtain it has isn't enough, but it's the only downside I would put. Everything else is great!

Fantastic location to stay when you first arrive in Almunecar. Walkable to everything. Plus very nice amenities like pool, courts, cafe downstairs etc. All photos are accurate. Would stay here again!
