The apartment is located in Almunécar right by the sea. Almunecar enjoys a microclimate thanks to its location in front of the mountains. Almunecar is athentic, quiet and also touristy. Direct bus line Malaga-Almunécar: 1h35min (6euros).

Direct bus line Granada- Almunécar: 1h30min (6euro).

The apartment is located 50 m from the beach, 300m from the center with many shops, restaurants and McDonalds. There is a bus stop right in front of the apartment building.

Many activities are possible: (mountain)hikes, cycling routes, mountain biking, kitesurfing, paragliding, skiing in the Sierra Nevada, Flemish pétanque, bonsai museum, Roman-Turkish fort, ornithological park, library with Dutch-language books, golf at 15km, fitness equipment on the beach, various playgrounds, Aquarium with sharks, 80 km from the 8th wonder of the world 'Alhambra' (Granada), 15min from Nerja (the balcony of Europe). Tourist info on the spot.

The apartment is located in a beautiful complex with 2 swimming pools (25m-bath + children's pool) open all year, 2 tennis courts, beautiful garden, basket court and ping pong hall, private parking and 24h/24h security.

Fantastic host, location and common facilities in the urbanization. The apartment is just as described in the listing although the furniture and utensils are quite old and a renovation would be necessary

A great apartment on a luxury estate that has no lack of detail. Very comfortable beds and everything was very good.

Everything is perfect. The apartment is located in front of the sea and has all the necessary services ( pool, tennis, paddle tennis, bars nearby, etc.). It is also located 5 minutes from the aquatropic and very close to the village. Communication with Nathalie has been fluid at all times.
