With its 3 bedrooms (two double bedrooms and one single bedroom), it can host up to 5 people.

The flat is located on the first floor (only 16 steps to climb), and it features all the main amenities (except AC) that you can expect from a relaxing stay: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, two bathrooms, stable wi-fi connection, kitchen utensils. The apartment is brand new and very nicely decorated.
Please note that the apartment does not come with air conditioning, but is provided with several brand new fans (one in every room).

Thanks to its sheltered position in the Costa San Giorgio street, the apartment is not exposed to the sun and never gets too hot in summer.The apartment is also provided with mosquito nets, very useful in the hot season, to prevent mosquitos from coming in.

Strictly non smoking apartment, and no pets allowed.

The apartment is located in Costa San Giorgio, a charming little street in the Ponte Vecchio area. The Old Bridge is literally 250 metres far from the entrance door of the building where the apartment is located. You will find lots of bars and restaurants nearby, as well as a well furnished Conad supermarket in via dei Bardi. For those of you who will arrive by car, there are three garages nearby:
Garage Lungarno in Borgo San Jacopo,
Garage Ponte Vecchio in Via de' Bardi,
Garage Anglo Americano in Via de' Barbadori 5.
The daily cost for parking your car in one of these garages is around 30€ per day.
