Lovely House with Air conditioning and heating

From the second we arrived we were overwhelmed. Not only was the house amazing (the photos could not do it justice), but the welcome was wonderful. We had a well stocked fridge and fruit bowl and there were beach toys for the children, so we were able to eat and drink plenty and head straight to the beach. What a treat not to have to worry about shopping the moment we arrived.

The house itself was stunning and spacious and well equipped. In fact it wasn't really a house, it is a home and we felt that as soon as we arrived, making our stay even more comfortable and lovely. Even though there were eight of us, there was so much space for us all. The only slight niggle was that one of the bedrooms didn't have air conditioning so it got much warmer in there, but this certainly did not detract from our holiday.

Puerto Pollensa is a beautiful place, very charming and family friendly. Getting to come home after a day on the beach to the tower house was so relaxing. We were only there for one week, but it felt like a month!

Thank you to Lucia, our wonderful host for answering all our questions beforehand and ensuring our stay was the best holiday we could have wished for. It was quite simply perfection!

Cannot say enough how wonderful our stay here was. It is a Beautiful Family home. So comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. So spacious and charming and the location is fantastic. Short walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. Just perfect for our family vacation. We really fell in love with this house and Pollenca. Lucia and Pere were so kind and helpful and gracious. Having snacks and fruit for us when we arrived was so wonderful. They made us feel so welcome and right at home. We enjoyed every minute here and would love to come back. Thank you Lucia!

The villa was huge and spacious with an amazing location so close to the beach. We'd definitely stay here again.

The house provided a lovely base for our holiday. It is very spacious providing lots of room to spread out and relax. The outdoor eating area was used extensively during our stay and was particularly nice in the cool of the early evening.

It is a family home and that is exactly what it felt like. We were very relaxed and comfortable and encouraged to treat as our own.

All bedding and towels, including beach towels, were provided; though these were not changed during our 3 week stay.

The location was great for access to the beach, all local restaurants and supermarkets. The only downside being that it was also ideal for everyone else so parking was at a premium and often difficult to find nearby. Use of the attached drive would have been ideal.

The owners Lucia and her husband, were very helpful when there was a problem with the toilet and fixed it the same day.

It was an ideal house and location for our holiday and we were grateful to enjoy a delightful and traditional property. It is perfect for larger groups and can accommodate upto 9 in comfort.

TV and wifi kept the children happy and allowed us to watch the Olympics - albeit with a Spanish bias!

Would have given 5* but for the parking and the non changing of bedding - both of which could be easily resolved for future bookings.

très agréable sejour à la villa gola. Maison typique et originale bien équipée avec beau jardin très bien située : proche plage commerce resto et nombreuses excursions possibles à partir de puerto alcuidia .Lucia est très sympa et disponible.

We spend our Weekend as Family here and loved it. Nice place, nice rooms, big Garden and near by the beach. We will come again.

Mit 6 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind konnten wir unseren Kurzurlaub in dem Haus und drumherum genießen. Der Garten ist viel größer als die Fotos vermuten lassen. Am großen Tisch konnten wir draußen entspannt frühstücken und abends essen. Ein großer Grill war vorhanden. Die geräumigen Zimmer im Innenbereich haben wir bei schönstem Wetter gar nicht benutzt. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist sicherlich nicht von Top-Qualität und etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das wird aber durch das Top-Preis/Leistungsverhältnis und das schöne Gesamtambiente mehr als wettgemacht.

Die Strandpromenade von Port de Pollenca ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt, ebenso Supermärkte, Fahrrad/Mopedverleih und alles was es sonst im Urlaub braucht.

Die Eigentümer kümmern sich selbst um die Vermietung. Mit frischem Obst und einer Flasche Wein wurden wir freundlich empfangen.
