There are a total of four houses on the approx. 14,000 m² large and greened property. Two of the houses have a pool. Altogether, up to 14 people can live here comfortably in three houses. Each house has its own outdoor area and is therefore single. The houses are ideal for larger groups of up to 14 people, but also for couples and small families, as the location of the houses on the large plot of land does not affect the privacy in any way. An ideal place for a holiday with the extended family or with many friends. Also ideal to celebrate a birthday or other festivities. The houses can be booked individually, in different combinations (depending on the number of guests) or as a complete package. Ask us for an offer. On the extensive grounds, enclosed by the dry stone walls typical for Mallorca, children have a lot to discover: a real adventure playground, which invites to explore the extensive but completely fenced-in property. You will find plenty of shady places and quiet oases all over the grounds. The tennis court is at the free disposal of all guests of the finca. Also to the sea it is not far, at Artà as well as Son Servera and Cala Ratjada you will find the most beautiful beaches of Mallorca. In the surrounding villages there are very good shopping facilities and good restaurants for every taste. The surroundings of the finca invite you to go hiking, jogging, cycling, playing golf and many other activities. Also to the "VIA VERDE" a cycle path is not far away. On 29 kilometres the so called "Green Route" connects the cities Artà and Manacor, which means cycling or walking in the middle of a disused railway line!
The Finca Son Catiu is located in the north-east of Mallorca, less than 10 minutes by car from Artà. The rental prices do not take into account the applicable tourism tax. On the Balearic Islands there is the so-called "Ecotasa" (eco- or visitor's tax), which has to be paid by all Mallorca tourists from 01 July 2016. It amounts to € 2,- per day for all guests from 16 years on for fincas in summer (from 1st May to 31st October). Starting from the 9th day of stay the tax sinks to 1,- € per corresponding guest per day.
