Santa Mariana is the typical Minorcan house, located in Alaior, it has been reformed and transformed in an agrotourism, where elegance and style unite with the calmness, comfort and peace of the Finca.
THE FINCA Santa Mariana is an ancient house built at the end of the 19th century, dedicated to the agricultural exploitation until the year 2000 when the previous owner decided the transformed it into an agrotourism.
In 2017 Santa Mariana is acquired by the new owners that decide to start a new project, where they combine the essence of the island with design and comfort.
The main building, of traditional Minorcan architecture, has been fully reformed and equipped to transform the hotel into a reference of the island, that combines functionality with commodity so you can enjoy your stay.
The Finca has a garden to produce ecological vegetables, olive trees and breeding of lambs and chickens. The hosts can enjoy breakfast and dinner with fresh products of the Finca.
Santa Mariana has a free parking area that its located 3,8 km from Alaior and 12 minutes from Son Bou (one of the main beaches of the south coast of Minorca). The airport and the harbour of Mahón can be reached by a 10-minute car ride.

Really gorgeous place, in the centre of Majorca, surrounded only by nature, really relaxing and familiar.
The bed was big and very comfortable.the room was always very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful all the time. food in the restaurant is very good we enjoyed it every single minute in Santa Mariana.
Regrettably we only stayed for 1 day and overnight. We relaxed around the pool where our two children played and explored the gardens. It really is a Beautiful farm house in an idyllic countryside setting . All of the staff we so friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble and the food was of restaurant quality. We Really liked the daily fish and shellfish options also variety of meat, fresh vegetables and cheeses on offer. We ate at the restaurant twice during our stay and all the meals were excellent .
A really super little hotel with absolutely first class service. Very peaceful location but you do need a car if you want to explore. For time by the pool and to completely unwind it is perfect - with staff giving discrete but excellent service and paying attention to the detail of what makes guests feel welcome and comfortable. The room (11) was gorgeous. It had a fridge with complimentary drinks which was a nice touch. Also, the little details like toiletries, razors, comb and a really high quality hairdryer made such a difference. Food was pleasant and tasty. Decent breakfast with a pretty good choice too. This hotel goes out of its way to provide a relaxed, luxurious experience but is at the same time very low key and simple. I loved it.
Extremely helpful and welcoming staff, lovely outdoor eating area underneath an olive grove. Beautiful pool.
