Staying on an organic farm means getting back in touch with authentic relationships between people, with the nature that surrounds and nourishes us, with work that collaborates with the Earth, with the simple and sincere conviviality of farmyards.

It is savoring the foods that truly nourish body and soul, because they maintain the integrity of all the nutrients that the Earth gives to its fruits.

It's turning off the monitors that mediate our daily reality and going back to being amazed by observing the magical world of Life, letting our body be free to move, to walk, to stop, to caress, to regenerate. It is abandoning electromagnetic waves to dive into the energy of the Earth.

Entering the walls of an ancient Leopoldina in the Val di Chiana is like reading a unique story in its rooms, born precisely from these lands and which these lands still deeply permeate, from the encounter between the wisdom of a Grand Duke and the hard work of sharecroppers.

Every brick and every arch that we have left exposed tells of a life and an era, every piece of furniture was born from the desire to give new life to objects that have already lived through other stories, and which will continue to live through our work and our guests.

On our farm you will be guests of the families who worked, sang, suffered, were born and died, celebrated on this land, and of which we have unworthily taken over the baton. You will be guests of our fields , of our wheat, of bees and butterflies, of swallows and mallow flowers. Of the sun and the rain, because every element is necessary and the best world we desire is in the magic that is created when we are together and build beauty together.

The farm includes an ancient Leopoldina house, another smaller residential building, and two tobacconists.

The project involves the gradual renovation of the farm, in the enhancement of the original structure and as much as possible with ecological materials and in compliance with energy and water savings.

In particular, the following are envisaged:

- a small farmhouse consisting of three rooms and a common room

- a large room for meetings, conferences, workshops, tales around the fireplace, evenings of music and dance

- a small restaurant

- a shop of farm products and other small businesses in the area

- laboratories and warehouses for the storage and transformation of company products

- externally, an educational arboretum with native Tuscan species, with a relaxation area in complete contact with nature and meditation

- renovation of the old wood-burning oven for bread and pizza

- museum dedicated to  Napoleone Pio Passerini , one of the fundamental characters in the history of the Val Di Chiana, where it will be possible to admire his conspicuous historical documentation and educational collection

- museum of minerals and fossils, recovered by Dr. Pietro Passerini and Dr. Marta Marcucci

Our rooms​

Our rooms tell the stories of our fields. ​

In each one you will find an original fairy tale, furnishings made with recycled materials by the industrious and artistic hands of  Zannart (Susi Zannini), and small cuddles from our territories and our friends. ​

Staying at this farmhouse means finding:  

- internet connection via LAN in each room (we'll provide you with the cable! by choice we don't use WIFI: the beneficial electromagnetic waves are only those you find walking in our arboretum and in our fields!)​

- private bathroom in each room equipped with ecological liquid soap, solid soap, hairdryer, linen​

- relaxing pillows with our buckwheat husks sewn for us by Dormiglio handcrafted pillows​

- common room with hideaway kitchenette, reserved and personalized table for each room, fireplace​

- sweet and savory breakfast based on farm and local products​

- kettle with organic and fair trade tea and herbal teas available​

Room "Cicerchia"

Cicerchia is a wonderful legume. It comes from a clear seed with variable shapes, with the appearance of a pebble. It adapts to the most difficult environments, but is capable of exploding into an unexpected and wonderful flowering, which is filled with the sweet chorus of bees!

The "Cicerchia" room is a double room with private bathroom, which will welcome you in its blue cloud and accompany you in your dreams with a little fairy tale born from our fields.

"Sunflower" room

The sunflower is the symbol of summer in the Tuscan countryside. His big yellow smiling face will welcome you in this double room with private bathroom, welcoming and bright like a ray of sunshine.

Room "Wheat"

Our wheat is "different". Yes, quite different.

It is called "evolutionary population". Each ear is different from the other, and comes from all over the world. Because here we believe that it is diversity that creates beauty.

The "Grano" room is different from the others. It is larger and more spacious, suitable for 3 or 4 people. It is very bright, and in the private bathroom you will find a shower that will pamper you with its spiral shape and chromotherapy.
